This class is designed for our youngest athletes, ages 3-5.  Our Preschool class will focus on learning through play, learning motor skills and age appropriate tumbling skills.

In our Intro tumbling class, your athlete will learn the foundational skills needed for tumbling.  This class will progress your child from basic skills like rolls and handstands through front and back walkovers.  No experience is needed for Intro class.

(Intro to Tumbling is a prerequisite for this class, coach approval must be given for enrollment)

Our Beginner class builds upon the basics that were mastered in Intro tumbling.  In this class, we begin building connected skill passes with walkovers and progress through single handspring skills.

Intermediate Tumbling begins the move into upper level tumbling skills.  Athletes will be working power skills, emphasizing proper shaping and technique.  This class will begin building passes with connected handspring skills and will progress athletes through tucks and aerials.

(Intermediate Tumbling is a prerequisite for this class, coach approval must be given for enrollment)

Advanced Tumbling is our highest level class, designed for athletes with a strong mastery of Level 1-3 skills.  This class will begin layouts, whips, fulls and other higher level tumbling skills.

Whether you are a base, backspot or flyer, this is the class for you! In this class, athletes will learn the mechanics and techniques of stunting, from all different positions, and proper conditioning for every position.  

In this seasonal session, future cheerleaders will get an introduction to all aspects of the sport! This class is for ages 4-12.  Tumbling, jumps, motions and stunts will be taught, so that our athletes can experience everything cheer has to offer. No previous experience is required.    There is a showoff for parents and friends at the end of each session. The cost is $225 per session and includes a shirt for the showoff performance!
