The visser memorial sponsorship fund
The Visser Memorial Sponsorship fund was established to honor the memories of Dirk and Fay Visser.
The Vissers were always loving and kind to all children, though they never had any of their own. Dirk was always showering children with gifts and fun stories while Fay spent a lot of her time volunteering at the orphanage in New Orleans. Their love has inspired Phoenix Athletics to bring those principles to business and help children that would otherwise be left out due to family financial hardships. To honor the memory of these loving and giving people, we have created the Visser Memorial Sponsorship fund to assist families in need of financial assistance.
We have created several different options to help families who can demonstrate financial hardships to offset the cost of their athlete's fee obligations. Through fundraising, internships, and volunteer work, we are hoping to make the dreams of ALL children become a reality.
