Parkour Open Training is open gym with a Coach! Perfect for all athletes who want to train independently but want a coach on hand to help with any questions you may have. No advance registration required. Open to ages 6+. Mondays and Thursdays 7:30-8:30, $10 per session for members, $15 per session for non-members.

This is THE class for tiniest future traceurs! Climbing, Jumping, Balance and Parkour skills for the next generation. With your assistance, your child will learn coordination, motor skills and confidence while having fun! Thursdays 11:00 am, $70/month
Our Parkour 5-8 class is the foundation of parkour and the basics of all movement. In this class, the athlete will learn the basic skills necessary to be able to move safely and efficiently in different environments, as well as become more aware of the philosophy behind parkour and strengthening of the body. This class is for all athletes age 5-9 years old.
Our Parkour 1 (9-15) class is the foundation of parkour and the basics of all movement. In this class, the athlete will learn the basic skills necessary to be able to move safely and efficiently in different environments, as well as become more aware of the philosophy behind parkour and strengthening of the body. This class is for athletes age 10-15 years old.
Our Parkour 1 class is the foundation of parkour and the basics of all movement. In this class, the athlete will learn the basic skills necessary to be able to move safely and efficiently in different environments, as well as become more aware of the philosophy behind parkour and strengthening of the body. This class will be made up of athletes of all ages, 5+
(Parkour 1 is a prerequisite for this class. Coach approval must be given for enrollment)
Our Parkour 2 class is the continuation of movement development for the athlete, expanding on the previously learned skills to be able to reach new heights and connect moves. The athlete will learn how to traverse their environment considerably faster and more efficiently, as well as being introduced to challenges set by other people and ultimately, being able to find challenges on their own. Athletes under age 9 may be invited to this class, at the coach's discretion.
