Okinawan Karate
Okinawan karate is an extremely effective and engaging style of karate from Okinawa, Japan. Karate is a striking art using punching, kicking, knee and elbow strikes. Athletes will also learn self-defense techniques.
We offer classes Monday, Thursday and Saturday for ages 5-adult. Athletes will learn various karate and self defense techniques in a fun and safe environment. We customize the structure of our classes to fit the needs of students at different ages and abilities. Let us give you the life skills to live fit, live safe, and live long.
2 classes per week are included for all age levels. Junior and Adult levels can add a third class each week.
